MANNY PACQUAIO vs JOSHUA CLOTTEY
PACMAN WINS AGAIN!!
I cant believe it! Philippine's Pride, Manny Pacquiao won again in boxing. I cannot even remember when was the last time this man lost. He won like more than 6 times in a row already. This man's got guts! So anyways, I didn't know the fight between him and African boxer, Joshua Clottey, was today. My dad just went home early from work just to watch the fight at Super Sports channel 22. So Im not really interested in boxing but to see this guy fight and win makes me jump up and say that "Im proud to be Pinoy". Anyways, before any punching between those two guys, there should be singing of the national anthems. So the Ghanaian Nation Anthem was sung first, followed by of course, the Philippine National Anthem which was sung by current Journey band singer, Arnel Pineda. Then thridly, the American National Anthem which was sung by three Texas cheerleaders. So lets get to the point, Clottey came out and everyone went "wooo". From Clottey's face, you can see that he is confident that he will win this thing. Then Pacquiao comes out and everyone went "Manny! Manny! Manny!". Unlike Clottey, Manny Pacquiao was smiling and waving to the fans. He's just confident and free-spirited. So when the fight started, Pacquiao let go his first warning punches while Clottey hides by putting his two arms together to cover his face. So between the fights, I was noisy. I kept shouting "Come on Manny, hit Clottey!" and " Clottey, dont be such a baby!". So the whole time, Manny was giving out fast and hard punches on Clottey. And Clottey was hiding and seldom give out punches to Pacquiao. Maybe he's tired already? So the 12 rounds past and they're still on their feet. So the scorers have decided and with unanimous decision..The winner is MANNY "PACMAN" PACQUAIO of the Philippines!!!!! I didn't jump for joy like I should be but from inside, Im jumping and I could even touch the sky! It would look odd to jump by myself because my parents aren't jumping for joy, they're just sitting there, staring at the TV. But of course, they're happy too. I mean, seeing your National Flag being waved for everyone to see as a sign of victory makes your Heart pound faster. So congrats Manny Pacquiao and my fellow Asians and Filipinos. We have done it again! XD
